Terri Scholefield  – Trust Appointed Governor

I am a Trust Appointed Governor and a member of the resources Committee. Previously a Cabinet Office Civil Servant, managing government contracts and graduate training schemes, I have lived and worked all over the world. Now firmly settled and carrying out part-time secretarial duties in Fakenham, I am very much enjoying being a part of the local community.

I bring a wide range of skills to support the work of the governors, including stakeholder engagement, project and performance management together with significant communication and safeguarding experience.

With a Grandson just starting his Early Years journey, I understand the hard work that goes into providing a learning environment that’s fun, safe, inclusive and which offers development opportunities for both children and staff. It is a privilege as a governor, to help nurture these dreams and ambitions.

I joined Unity Federation as Head of School at Little Snoring Primary Academy in April. I have had over 12 years of experience as a teacher in the Early Years, Key Stage One and Two as well as leadership roles.

It is a real honour to be staff governor for Unity Federation, to offer a teacher's perspective to the discussions for the development of our three fabulous schools.  

I am enjoying working alongside staff, families and our communities to ensure pupils receive an enriching and inspiring curriculum.
