Our school is a great place to learn and Hedgehog class children love their class. They are happy, behave very well, give every day their all and have a lot of fun. Our class is avery supportive, caring and inclusive environment; one where the children have a voice.
We all work hard to ensure that we support our children to become independent, motivated and confident individuals who aim to be the best they can be. We aim to provide our children with a well-rounded school experience, one that is exciting and fun.
We work hard on the basic skills of reading, writing and maths, but there is also plenty of time for the full curriculum. Art, Music, PE and computing all play a big part 
in the school week.
Throughout the year we will share many stories, songs and poems. Drama is a favourite tool of ours to enrich learning – we use this in order to bring the curriculum to life. The children also use Chromebooks to research the curriculum, and we aim wherever possible to get them learning outdoors.

Hedgehog Class is a mixed-age year group made up of Years 3 and 4. The class teacher is Mr Turner, supported by Mrs Wick. On a Thursday afternoon the class is taught by Mrs Glossop, our cover supervisor teacher.
